This inspiring studio owes its name to a remarkable transformation: what was once known as the “Milk Garden” has gradually evolved into a bright centerpiece for every retreat. Since the end of 2019, the original room has been expanded into a spacious 140-square-meter atrium, designed to meet the highest standards of comfort and atmosphere.

At its heart is a premium dance floor made from genuine oak, featuring a comfortable sprung system and thoughtful heating—ideal for gentle flow yoga practice or energizing dance sequences. The welcoming environment is further enriched by a first-class sound system that complements every mood, along with abundant natural daylight that fills the space with warmth.
